Police detains  Giorgi Botkoveli and activists - there is a confrontation on the spot

Representatives of the Ministry of Internal Affairs are gradually leaving the headquarters of the "National Movement". The citizens who had gathered on the spot responded to the departure of the riot police by applauding and scanning "Slaves"; "Gavrilovs".

At least a dozen people have already been evacuated by ambulance; they say they were poisoned as a result of  "pepper" gas sprayed in the office. The police remain in the area, they have blocked the territory, so the citizens who remained in the office could not get medical help for some time.

According to our information, Giorgi Botkoveli, a member of the United National Movement, who was in the office has been arrested. The party members are also looking for Giorgi Baramidze, it is not ruled out that he has been arrested as well.

Activists say members of the "Shame" movement have also been detained.

It is not yet known exactly how many people were detained by police on the spot.
