Access roads to Tbilisi closed due to "ice and wind"

According to the Department of Highways, Tbilisi's access roads are closed due to difficult weather conditions:

Due to severe meteorological conditions (blizzard, wind and limited visibility), all types of vehicles are prohibited on the Tbilisi highways of international importance," the information reads.
