"Dream" tries to establish authoritarian and dictatorial rule - Giorgi Margvelashvili

The fourth President of Georgia, Giorgi Margvelashvili has made a statement regarding the current events in the country. According to him, today has clearly shown the goals of the "Georgian Dream", which wants to establish an authoritarian and dictatorial rule  in the country.

"This is a very difficult day for the Georgian democracy and Georgian statehood. A day that has clearly shown the goals of a political group that does not have the support of the majority of the people, which simply controls the resource and through control of these resources seeks to rule the country using force and establish an authoritarian and dictatorial rule. This is a day that must awaken a lot of people inside and outside the country. Attempts to brand this as a legitimate government, a state governed by the rule of law or a democracy are ridiculous," said Giorgi Margvelashvili.

Margvelashvili appealed to the young people to act very calmly, in an organized manner and maintain an independent and free Georgia, the vector of which is  the West. According to him, the vector of the country is changing.
