Gharibashvili, Gomelauri and Ivanishvili - David Kramer on the possible list of those sanctioned

"Those responsible for the actions must see that they have created a very serious crisis," said David Kramer, a senior fellow at the International University of Florida.

"They [the government] need to find a solution, including the release of Nika Melia, as well as the resumption of talks. Otherwise, unfortunately, there will be sanctions against certain people - members of the Georgian Dream - including Prime Minister Gharibashvili, the Interior Minister, and Mr.Ivanishvili. I think the State Department will react. We have already seen a very strong statement from the US embassy," said David Kramer in the program "Guest of the Day" on Mtavari Channel.
