We may not be able to solve everything today, but a framework for dialogue will be created

The President of the European Council, Charles Michel, spoke about his involvement in a meeting to de-escalate the political crisis.

Michel said that his main goal is to follow the situation seriously and help the country achieve political stability, because a well-functioning democracy is most important in overcoming challenges. Our team is ready to stay committed, to engage with other partners in the process. I hope that tonight we will have a chance to make progress, and though we may not be able to resolve everything tonight, there will be a framework for dialogue and various issues will be discussed.

"We are inviting everyone to meet tonight, it's time for political dialogue," Charles Michel said at the press conference. Garibashvili expressed his readiness to participate.
