According to Thea Tsulukiani, a Georgian Dream MP, Gakharia's resignation from the post of Prime Minister was a wrong decision and would be detrimental to him personally.

"When I was sick, Mr. Girogi Gakharia resigned, unfortunately. This decision is bad for our team, it is a wrong decision, but what is even more unfortunate, for him personally, for Giorgi Gakharia, this decision is harmful," said Tea Tsulukiani.
