Television can't be in anticipation for its door being opened for a month- TV Pirveli complains

Pirveli TV will appeal the city court's decision today. According to the lawyer and representatives of the television , Lasha Kldiashvili, the decision is political and illegal.
"We have the constitutional right to appeal against it before it enters into force, because the television cannot wait for a month for the investigator to open its door and enter," said lawyer Giorgi Mshveneradze.
TV Pirveli executives are expecting an assault on TV at any moment, because, as they say , the threat has not been neutralized.
As a sign of solidarity a rally was held in front of the Prosecutor's Office in support of media outlets and Pirveli TV in particular.
TV has been targeted by the Prosecutor's Office and the court after they showed scandalous footage of Bidzina Ivanishvili's son Bera Ivanishvili and senior Dream officials. Authorities are trying to determine who leaked the scandalous tapes of Bera.
