Negotiations continue - Christian Danielsson meets with opposition leaders

Christian Danielsson, the personal envoy of the President of the European Council, is currently meeting with representatives of the opposition. The meeting is also attended by the US Ambassador to Georgia, Kelly Degnan. Neither of them made any preliminary comments to the media.

Meetings with leaders of all opposition parties will be held simultaneously at the EU Delegation Office.

"I think the main problem seems to be the early elections and the non-release of political prisoners, but yesterday I saw an attempt by the Georgian Dream to actually delay or disrupt the talks. We thank our Western partners for enduring this psychological stress," - said Giorgi Vashadze, the leader of "Strategy Builder" .

He said they will hear the news today and hope they will have a decision by the end of the day.

Recall that the meetings with the opposition and the members of the "Georgian Dream" took place throughout the day yesterday, March 14. The parties said the dialogue should continue, and it later became known that Danielson would meet with parties additionally today.
