The resolution of the political crisis depends on the political leaders, - said Charles Michel's personal envoy, Christian Danielson after the bilateral meeting between the "Dream" and the opposition.

He expressed hope that the representatives of the political parties will seriously consider ways to eliminate the crisis in the country.

I was involved in these intensive negotiations as Special Envoy of President Michel. "The EU and the US have worked very hard to help the parties reach an agreement and end the political crisis in Georgia. I will return to Brussels in the morning and report to President Michel," Danielson said.

Christian Danielson arrived in Georgia on March 12 and his visit was scheduled to end on March 14, but the visit was extended after unsuccessful talks, and he said he would not leave the country until an agreement was reached between the opposition and the government. During the visit, he has repeatedly met with representatives of both the government and the opposition. The decision to send Danielson to Georgia was made by Charles Michel on March 8.
