Rusudan Kervalishvili is out of prison

Rusudan Kervalishvili, one of the founders of Center Point company and former Deputy Speaker of Parliament, has been released from prison.She recently made her first comment to the media. She served a full 4-year sentence in the "Tabukashvili 88" episode, and her sentence expires on March 31. However, according to Article 38 of the Detention Code, she had to be released from prison in 24 hours.
Rusudan Kervalishvili and Maia Rcheulishvili, who are still 3 years away from a full sentence, are still in custody.
Rusudan Kervalishvili and Maia Rcheulishvili were found guilty of fraud and embezzlement of funds belonging to the customers and were sentenced to 4 years in prison. The case involves several sites, including Saakadze Square, Krtsanisi Square and Tskneti Square. Maia Rcheulishvili was sentenced to 7 years in prison for another episode.
