Rustavi 2 trial scheduled

A court hearing has been scheduled in the Rustavi 2 case - in the case of illegal seizure of property from the founders, the trial will be held on May 7. Davit Dvali and Jarji Akimidze applied to the court a year and a half ago, but no trial has taken place in all that time.

The victims say they were forced to give up 60 percent of the TV channel . According to the founders of Rustavi 2, the trials have been postponed for political reasons.
