The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Georgia Davit Zalkaliani spoke with the US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken. As he wrote on Twitter, the conversation with Blinken touched on the security environment in Georgia and the region.

"It is great to discuss with Secretary of State Blinken the security situation  in Georgia and the region, our strategic partnership and Georgia 's democratic consolidation. The steadfast support of the United States for Georgia's territorial integrity and our Euro-Atlantic  integration is crucial and remains strong. We are looking forward to working closely with the Biden administration for stronger partnership," wrote David Zalkaliani.
