According to the third president of Georgia, Mikheil Saakashvili, he will arrive in Georgia before the self-governance elections. He spoke about this topic in a new video address. According to him, no matter what the cost of the risk, he will be a direct participant in the processes in Georgia.
 

In viewpoint of Saakashvili, according to the second paragraph of the final document of the President of the European Council in autumn, " along with the local government elections,a referendum will be practically held to remove the Georgian Dream from power."

"I want to tell you about my next decision, I,  Mikheil Saakashvili, will come to Georgia before this referendum, I will be with you physically, no matter what the risk for my life is, or for my freedom, I will definitely be a direct participant in this process and together with you, will be an active creator of inevitable victory," Mikheil Saakashvili said.
