I'm glad for this compromise - Hubert Knirsch on the agreement.

German Ambassador to Georgia Hubert Knirsch responds to the agreement reached between part of the opposition and the government and writes that he is pleased with the compromise.

"The plan proposed by the President of the European Council has been widely approved by the political forces. I am pleased with this compromise, which Ambassador Kelly Degnan and Ambassador Karl Hartzel insisted on so much," Hubert Knirsch says.

Recall that on April 19 the final document of the President of the European Council was signed by part of the opposition and the Georgian Dream. At this stage the document was not signed by the National Movement, the European Georgia and the Labor Party.
