US summons Ambassador from Moscow for consultations.

Diplomatic relations between the United States and Russia are strained – it became known a few hours ago that Washington had summoned Ambassador John Sullivan from Moscow for consultations. According to the Russian state media, the Ambassador has left for Washington this morning.
Relations between the two sides have been strained since US President called Vladimir Putin a "murderer" and expelled Russian diplomats on espionage charges.
Moscow temporarily summoned Ambassador Anatoly Antonov from Washington in connection with the incident and called on Biden to apologize publicly. Otherwise threatened with the final severance of diplomatic relations.
