Armenia and Azerbaijan accuse each other of violating the ceasefire agreement in Nagorno-Karabakh.

According to official Baku, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan visited the Armenian province of Zangezur on April 20, after which the Armenian military started a provocation in Nagorno-Karabakh, in particular, opening fire on Azerbaijani and Russian troops. For its part, official Yerevan accuses Baku of provocation and claims that the roof of a house in the city of Stepanakert was damaged.

The armed conflict between Armenia and Azerbaijan in Nagorno-Karabakh resumed last autumn and ended with Baku gaining control of several districts. The ceasefire agreement between the parties is valid from 9 November.
