Charles Michel's document writes about the termination of proceedings - Melia's response to the opposition and the "Dream"

Another response of Nika Melia to the opposition and "Georgian Dream" - Melia is not going to pay bail and the key to the prison is in the hands of "Dream". 
A statement on behalf of the party chairman was made  by Nugzar Tsiklauri:

Charles Michel's document states about the termination of the proceedings and no payment of bail can terminate these proceedings.
