Kakha Kaladze will be candidate for mayor of Tbilisi - this is what the chairman of education committee Shalva Papuashvili said and refuted the circulating information that "Dream" will nominate the resigned Chairman of Parliament Archil Talakvadze.

The information about Archil Talakvadze's mayoralty is incorrect and not true. We have a candidate for mayor. Of course, Kakha Kaladze will be the candidate," says Papuashvili.

According to him:

"When the election campaign starts, Kaladze has to decide if he wants to enter this fight, but we want him to be the mayoral candidate of the Georgian Dream."

According to Gudushauri, Talakvadze is a candidate for deputy speaker and should be approved for the position.

Recall that Talakvadze resigned from the post of Parliament Speaker on April 24. Kakha Kuchava was appointed in his place.
