"Either Today or tomorrow" - Kuchava's answer once asked when the President will pardon Rurua

The President has made an independent decision to pardon Giorgi Rurua, so it is up to her to decide when to issue an act of pardon - said the new Speaker of Parliament

According to Kakha Kuchava, one of the shareholders of the "Mtavari Channel" should be pardoned within a week after signing the agreement, therefore the President will issue a pardon act either today or tomorrow.

"The president first took such an action when she freed Ugulava, Okruashvili, and this is her second step toward reducing tensions. This appeal, coming from the international community and our strategic allies, has been accepted. It is her personal decision. The fact is that this will definitely facilitate the process of getting even closer and continuing the fight for a common goal by all parties together.
When it will happen, I can not say, it is up to the president to decide, but I remember that one week is written in the agreement, so we should expect that very soon, today or tomorrow, when 7 days pass, there will be an act of pardon" - said Kakha Kuchava.

Salome Zurabishvili is still silent about the pardon of Giorgi Rurua. The president has neither made a statement nor released any documents.

According to the agreement, Salome Zurabishvili should pardon one of the shareholders of the "Mtavari Channel" today, after the opposition that signed the document of Charles Michel entered the parliament.
