Occupiers start border demarcation works near Goraka village

Russian occupation continues in Shida Kartli - this time the target is Kaspi municipality. Occupation forces have started border demarcation works near the village of Goraka.

According to the anti-occupation movement, the works are being carried out on the territory controlled by Georgia. The Russian military has already cut down the forest and made special markings on the trees.

"We are already in the fear zone, the area around Orkapa Fortress, where the locals have not been able to come for years because of the high risk of abduction. One section is in the forest, which is 100 meters deep inside our controlled area. If measured, we are talking about several tens of hectares. The aim is to move this road to Kvemochala near Skhvilo Fortress," said Davit Katsarava, the leader of the anti-occupation movement.
