Another hearing on Nika Gvaramia's case to be held in City Court today.

Today, May 13, Tbilisi City Court will hold another hearing in the case of Nika Gvaramia, the General Manager of the Mtavari Channel.Three investigators will testify at the trial. All three are prosecution witnesses, though Gvaramia's lawyers are confident that prosecution witnesses will prove his innocence again, as in previous trials.
The lawyers state that so far no evidence has been found in the case to prove the charges against Nika Gvaramia, as the case is of an exclusively political nature.
We would like to remind you that the Prosecutor General's Office is accusing the General Director of the Main Channel of abusing his authority against the legitimate interests of the Broadcasting Company and using a large amount of its money as an official while he was still the director of Rustavi 2.
