The third president responds with a Facebook post  to the statements of Giorgi Gakharia's party members regarding the port of Anaklia and writes the following:

I was going to open this port at the end of 2013 according to our plan, and we always used to complete our projects  earlier than it was written on paper, and they tell us that the port could not be constructed?!
