Elections should be held only by an authoritative international organization - Mikheil Saakashvili

The third president of Georgia publishes a Facebook post on the reorganization of the CEC and the electronic elections. As Mikheil Saakashvili writes, e-elections are a chance for Bidzina Ivanishvili to "leave no trace on paper" in case of fraud.

''Elections in Georgia can be held only by an authoritative, international organization and a consortium of authoritative foreigners. All the other electronic elections that Ivanishvili will hold are the one last chance for him to leave no trace on paper and fix everything" Mikheil Saakashvili wrote.
