The state is obliged to protect the safety of every citizen

"The state has a responsibility to protect the safety of every citizen. I don't think that's questionable.I hope our law enforcement agencies will not have to do the job that would become the topic of discussion that violence has taken place somewhere. Violence or encouragement of it, even provocative actions can never be approved.

it is very important to avoid all forms of violence. The fact is that the right to free expression has always been protected in this country, at least,
