Gogi Tsulaia is released

Opposition politician Gogi Tsulaia, chairman of the New Christian Democrats, has been released.

It has become known to the website of the "Mtavari Channel" that at this moment, the judge at the politician's trial satisfied the motion of Gogi Tsulaia's lawyer and sentenced him to 6,000 GEL bail. The information is confirmed by lawyer Valeri Gelbakhiani.

Recall that Gogi Tsulaia was arrested on charges of sexual assault, he was sentenced to 3 months of pre-trial detention, during which time the politician went on a hunger strike, due to which his health condition worsened several times.
