Violence is against NATO norms, it is a setback for Georgia - Appathurai

"These events are a deep disappointment and a setback for Georgia," said James Appathurai, NATO Secretary General's Special Representative for the Caucasus and Central Asia, in connection with the July 5-6 violence in Tbilisi.
Appathurai commented to Radio Liberty:
