European Parliament: We call upon the EU and NATO to resist Russian aggression against Ukraine, Georgia and Moldova

The European Parliament has adopted a resolution on future cooperation between the EU and NATO, which also mentions the EU's neighboring countries. MEPs stress that security and stability in the region cannot be achieved without partnering with them.
According to the document, the EU should support the rapprochement of aspirant countries Bosnia and Herzegovina, Georgia and Ukraine with NATO.
"We call on the European Union and NATO to step up cooperation to counter Russia's direct or indirect aggression and actions against Ukraine, Georgia and Moldova. We reaffirm the importance of respecting the international borders and territorial integrity of Russia's neighbors," is said in the resolution
