"The Georgian government must better protect the constitutional rights of free assembly and free speech and ensure that citizens are safe when they exercise it. Equally, those who prevent this right must be punished with full force. This is a politically difficult time for Georgia. Violence only helps Russia. Any and all violence must stop."
