"Ms. Tsulukiani, we will definitely apply to the Prosecutor's Office" | Nika Gvaramia

"This is the case when Tsulukiani is doing what I could not even imagine ..." - this is how Nika Gvaramia, CEO of the Mtavari Channel, assesses the fact that the First Vice-PM Tea Tsulukiani, seized the microphone from  the TV journalist, Emma Gogokhia.

Nika Gvaramia talks about the signs of crime and says that he will apply to the Prosecutor's Office of Georgia to respond to the incident.

"This is the case when Tsulukiani is doing something I could not even imagine. I cannot laugh, I can honestly say, because this woman is the first Vice-Prime  Minister of the country and it is simply beyond my qualifications to evaluate this behavior. And this is not the behavior of a healthy person, unfortunately, I have to talk about it, but I am more concerned that this is the face of Georgia - the government as a whole and especially the First Vice Prime Minister in particular.

This behavior involves two crimes: one is robbery, direct, open robbery, and the other is obstruction of journalistic activity. Both together serve quite a number of years in a penitentiary. Ms. Tsulukiani, we will definitely appeal to the Prosecutor's Office for stealing this microphone and obstructing journalistic activities. That microphone hasn't been returned yet, you'd better return it right away.

The statute of limitations for this crime will spread even when you are not a minister and you really do not want to spend your years in a penitentiary, especially for such a comical reason," said Nika Gvaramia.
