Elene Khoshtaria, the leader of Droa, will be the general opposition candidate for the position of Chairwoman of the Tbilisi City Council.
"This is a time for change, this is a time for victory," said Elene Khoshtaria at the presentation of the candidates, explaining that although she and Nika Melia represent different teams, they are declaring a common struggle.
"There are moments when you have to rise above narrow patriotic interests ...
