Mikheil Saakashvili's office will be funded mainly by the United States government. The U.S. Government Program has undertaken to fund projects for the Office of the Reform Council. The United States government has been assisting Georgia's third president in Ukraine since day one, and this time the support will take a more meaningful form.

The program is implemented by the US Agency for Development and Cooperation, which helps Ukraine develop democracy. Mikheil Saakashvili's office is currently working on the Freedom of Business Act, which won the support of President Zelensky at the last session of the council.
