The Prime Minister of Georgia Irakli Gharibashvili met with the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky.
According to the government administration, the meeting focused on the two countries' strategic partnership, political-economic cooperation and international aspirations.

Meeting was focused on the strategic partnership between the two countries, political and economic cooperation and international aspirations. It was noted that apart from the outstanding partnership, both Georgia and Ukraine aspire to get established as decent members of the European and Euro-Atlantic structures. Both nations face such challenges, as infringed territorial integrity.
As Volodymyr Zelensky noted, in recent months relations between Georgia and Ukraine have become profoundly dynamic and intense. The President of Ukraine believes that it is an outcome of frequent interaction between the sovereign leaders and high-level bilateral visits between the two nations.
Volodymyr Zelensky expressed gratitude to Irakli Garibashvili for engaging in the Crimea Platform Summit and for strongly supporting the territorial integrity and sovereignty of Ukraine.
Volodimir Zelensky reiterated the unwavering support of Ukraine towards the territorial integrity and sovereignty of Georgia within the internationally recognized borders.
Meeting was attended by David Zalkaliani, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Georgia; Juansher Burchuladze, Minister of Defense of Georgia; H.E. Teimuraz Sharashenidze, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Georgia to Ukraine and Ilia Darchiashvili, Head of Government Administration of Georgia.
