Prime Minister Irakli Gharibashvili calls the signing of the UNM document on Charles Michel a "political fraud." He spoke about this topic during the nomination of the mayoral candidate in Zestaponi and did not forget to criticize the former government this time as well.

"They came up with another political fraud and decided to signing the document mediated by the EU. We waited three months for them to sign. We were the first to take this step, to compromise, to honor our European partners, our great friend Charles Michel, in honor of America. The main signatory, who should have been the National Movement, did not sign. It is a tragedy that this force is still the largest opposition party in the country. It is a shame and the equivalent of a catastrophe.

No progress, no compromise on their part. They continued sabotage, destruction. We saw how they behaved in Parliament. We have seen that nothing would change on their part, nor will it change.
 Who has the illusion and who believes that Saakashvili, Bokeria, Ugulava, Vano Merabishvili, Akhalaia will change and become humanists, democrats. This is absurd. It's the same, if the devil told us that there will be no more devils and we believed him," the prime minister said.
