"I'm not going to come to power. I'm going to help new forces come to power," Mikheil Saakashvili, Georgia's third president, said on the Mtavari Channel in the show "Mtavari Accents".

For reference, Mikheil Saakashvili released a special video address yesterday. He said that he would arrive in Georgia for the local self-government elections and called on the emigrants to do the same.
