"The Georgian Dream became just like the UNM" - Giorgi Gakharia

"Dream became the UNM" - this is how the former Prime Minister Gakharia responds to the statement of the incumbent Prime Minister, by which Irakli Gharibashvili imposed all the responsibility on him on the bloody night of June 20.

Giorgi Gakharia says that yesterday's statement finally convinced him that the dream is not Georgian. Irakli Gharibashvili's predecessor disliked the logic of the current prime minister.

"Yesterday, I was finally convinced that 'Dream' was a feeling. It was nothing more than that. Today I realized that "Dream" is not Georgian, but this "dream" has become alike the "UNM". It turned out that these people knew that,  the "National Movement" had done nothing wrong. He rightly wanted to enter the parliament with beatings, violence, attacks on the police. That is why Melia was amnestied and transformed into an absolutely clean and legitimate candidate for mayor. "Dream" friends, to my regret, has become like the "UNM". Even back then, their words meant nothing, and they mean nothing now."

I take full responsibility for June 10. If something like this happens again, and it does not matter which political force attempts to invade a state institution by force, I will do the same.", - said Gakharia.
