There is an appeal in court to seize 51% of "Formula"

According to Nika Gvaramia, CEO of the Mtavari Channel, an appeal on the seizure of 51% of Formula TV's shares has already been submitted to the court. He spoke about this topic at a special briefing.

Gvaramia states that "Formula" will not be taken, as it was in the case of "Rustavi 2".

On the seizure of the 51% of shares, according to our information, a statement requesting a preliminary measure has been submitted to the court in January, there was no need to file a lawsuit in advance," Nika Gavaramia said.
