Mikheil Saakashvili did not cross the state border of Georgia and did not leave Ukraine - said the Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of Georgia, Alexander Darakhvelidze, at a briefing at the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

According to Darakhvelidze, they have communication with the Ukrainian side:
