Parliament Speaker Kakha Kuchava violated the agitation rule during the voting process. He arrived at the polling station wearing a blue turban with the Georgian Dream logo on it.

According to CEC spokesperson Natia Ioseliani, the chairperson of the district election commission will "act in accordance with the law" regarding the incident.

"Regarding the use of electoral symbols by the speaker of the parliament, as you are aware, he came to the polling station while wearing a mask with an electoral symbol. Therefore, the chairman of the electoral committee will behave in accordance with the law. The rule of agitation in an electoral environment has been clearly violated " Natia Ioseliani said.
