"The days of Kotsuri government are numbered, we are proud of you" - these are the words of the third President of Georgia Mikheil Saakashvili addressing the citizens from the Rustavi 12th Penitentiary Establishment.
Mikheil Saakashvili's address was read by his lawyer, Dito Sadzaglishvili:
"We showed amazing results in this last referendum. In local elections, this government has always won easily, they did not need any extra tension. Now that they thought the people were finally broken, every big city has a second round, a few of which where the National Movement is ahead. It means only one thing - not only did we not give up, but we fought even harder. The days of the Dream government are numbered. I am proud of you," Mikheil Saakashvili said in his address.
