The third president of Georgia addresses the people of Kutaisi from prison with a letter. Mikheil Saakashvili calls on his supporters to be active in the elections.
We offer the letter unchanged:
"My dear and special people of Kutaisi!
You know how I love you and your city. How many plans we have for you. I want you to return to the status of the most important center and no longer have to work abroad, but to have a much larger income in your own home.
Now you have a very good candidate. I met Khatia, and thank you for taking the first place, and you voted for her amid a lot of pressure. With your success, I gain victory and most importantly, each of you do.
Please be active. The fate of Georgia and each of you, of us, is being decided. With love, Mikheil Saakashvili,"
