"I would not answer Gharibashvili if i was in Misha's place either, but it is his decision. He is ready to take any test," Mikheil Saakashvili's lawyer Nika Gvaramia said after leaving Rustavi 12th Penitentiary.

According to him, Mikheil Saakashvili continues his hunger strike and his health condition is satisfactory at the moment.

"We hope that the TV problem will be solved very soon. In any case, they gave us that promise. As for his condition, I have not seen Saakashvili like that for a long time, to be honest. I was a member of his government and when he was at the peak of his activities and positive reforms. I have never seen Mikheil Saakashvili so strong since. Nothing seems to indicate that he is on a hunger strike. In terms of starvation, so far he is well in terms of health, however, it is clear that in the coming days the health will start to deteriorate. Naturally, he is not going to end the hunger strike and, consequently, he has refused medical administration," said Nika Gvaramia.
