Kubilius is more of a friend of Mikheil Saakashvili than of Georgia - Guram Macharashvili

Unfortunately, Mr. Kubilius' recent statement proves that he is more of a friend of Mikheil Saakashvili than of Georgia. I think it is better that the MEPs themselves, who have doubts about why Mikheil Saakashvili is in prison, to come to Georgia, to talk to the people directly who were affected by him. When you are an MEP, when you have the ambition to be a friend of this country, and you see that on the October 2 elections that the absolute majority of the society chooses the "Georgian Dream" and then you state that the Prime Minister should resign, this means going against the decision of Georgian society. I do not think this will contribute to the development of relations between Mr. Kubilius and Georgia.
