The parties "Droa" and "Lelo" signed a memorandum on coalition cooperation. After the signing, Mamuka Khazaradze noted that it is necessary to break into a one-party government and consolidate all the forces that think pro-Western and pro-state.
"We have come together to create a united front, a unified platform for all pro-Western forces, all like-minded people who want to bring this country out of this state, to join us and once and for all create the most important thing in this country - pro-Western, coalition government. This is the most important thing that in the future, one person and one party in this country should never have the luxury of deciding how the rest of Georgia should live," Khazaradze said.
According to Elene Khoshtaria, today the western choice of the country is under threat and the "Georgian Dream" is trying to divide the society with hatred and hostility. Khoshtaria is convinced that other pro-Western forces will make the same choice.
"We stand together and give people a wide array of choices in this election. I would also like to mention the great efforts of the National Movement and Nika Melia to build this diverse unity and not for the UNM to not become a big selfish force. This is very important and is the basis for change," she said.
The leaders noted that the second round of the elections is crucial.
