Giorgi Narmanidze, arrested on the case of the return of Mikheil Saakashvili to Georgia, was introduced to the accusation without his lawyers. Attorneys argue that the investigative agency denied the possibility of using the right for the 32-year-old man to defend himself and has left his lawyers without the case materials.

The court will discuss the sentence for Narimanidze today.

"The fact that the investigator, without notifying the lawyer, entered the isolator, and  passed the accusation to the man, in a way that he did not accept that he requested his lawyer, indicate that the Prosecutor's Office has a clear goal in this case, but it is not justice, it is revenge and punishment of specific people, "said Shota Tutberidze.
