The Minister of Justice claims that everything is ready to receive the patient in the 18th Penitentiary Establishment - Minister Bregadze again categorically rules out the possibility of transferring Mikheil Saakashvili to the Civilian Clinic and says that the council did not say anything about it and their conclusion is only a recommendation:

"The last conclusion made by the council is of a recommendatory nature, if it becomes necessary for him to be hospitalized, it will be in a multifunctional clinic, there was no talk of a civilian clinic, which some TV representatives and opponents accuse us of," Bregadze said.

The Minister of Justice claims that the member of the council, Dr. Paghava, did not speak about taking the third president to the civilian clinic and that the media is lying:
