Mikheil Saakashvili addresses Bidzina Ivanishvili. The letter is spread on the Facebook page of the third president:

"I appeal to Ivanishvili - you darkened my windows and sealed them, you cut my phone line, you are even afraid to take me to the hospital, let alone the court. If you really had the courage, you would take me to this paid rally and hold a debate there, in front of the people you brought up," the third president said in an address.
