A member of the Georgian Dream Precinct Election Commission in Kutaisi, 2 days after the elections, talks about the scheme of how the elections were held in Kutaisi.
She said that on the day of the elections, the representatives of the ruling party came to her in the morning and gave her a special list, which had the information of the supporters of both the ruling party and the opposition.
It was also clarified that the ballot paper should be given to the pro-opposition voters in a way so that the ballot paper would be declared invalid after the elections.
"A representative of the Georgian Dream called me to rig the elections. Another came on behalf of someone else who I had to accept, and whether i or someone had to rig the elections doesn't matter. In return, I would be given 70 or 90 Lari," said the former Dream coordinator
After deciding to speak out loud about the fraud scheme, the coordinator said, that representatives of the "Dream" found out, tried to disrupt the briefing, threatened her and her family, and tried to kidnap her as well.
