The third President of Georgia, who is in prison, once again addresses his supporters and citizens.
According to his address, the Georgian people won the elections in almost all cities, so the "Ivanishvili gang" is afraid of their large numbers and them taking to the streets.
According to Mikheil Saakashvili, now the recipe for victory is in our numbers and tirelessness.
"The Georgian people have won this election in almost every city. The Georgian people have won and Ivanishvili has lost. They used to tell you that there was no point in going to the elections, that you could not win, then when you won, they just rigged the elections, and now they are trying to convince you, what is the point of going out on the street, that nothing will come of it.
However, Ivanishvili's gang is afraid of our numbers and our numerous appearances on the streets. There is no dictator in the world who is not afraid of this, and this dictator is especially weak because he has his main funds in the western banks. The West has absolutely correctly identified the election irregularities, and now it will support us the more we take to the streets. The head of the OSCE observers said, "We have said everything, and now it is up to the rest of the Georgian people."
Now we will inevitably be surrounded by various experts and politicians with one slogan that further fighting in the streets "makes no sense", or that "nothing will come out of it". First, there are strong, already battle-hardened leaders out there, such as Nika Melia in particular, as well as some very brave leaders, regional leaders, and various parties, including the younger generation, who are very smart and combative.
And secondly, in the case of me being released from prison, I promise you that in a maximum of 10 days we will achieve the appointment of early elections, and we will defeat Ivanishvili. We now need broad public unity, every single, unbreakable person is of great importance and the price of gold. Our strength is now in unity and the recipe for victory is in our numbers and tirelessness," Mikheil Saakashvili said in an address to the media by his lawyer, Dimitri Sadzaglishvili.
