According to the ombudsman's representative, Mikheil Saakashvili was taken to he Gldani prison by an ambulance. Mikheil Ghoghadze recently exited the Gldani prison after visiting the third president - "according to him, he was transported by car".

According to Ghoghadze, Mikheil Saakashvili was placed in isolated ward, and when he was taken to Gldani, he was taken out of the ambulance by force:

"I did not notice any physical injuries at this stage, although the proceedings are ongoing, information has been requested. He did not want to move to facility number 18 and he was taken out of the vehicle by force," said the representative of the ombudsman.

According to him, Mikheil Saakashvili refuses treatment at the 18th medical facility in Gldani and continues his hunger strike.
