18 years since the Rose Revolution - a human chain gathered from Rose Square to Liberty Square.
Some of the citizens gathered from Rose Square, while others gathered at Liberty Square and staged a procession.
The Rose Revolution took place 18 years ago, on 23 November 2003. Large-scale demonstrations began in the country after elections on 2 November 2003, culminating in the resignation of then President of Georgia Eduard Shevardnadze on 23 November and then, snap elections.
